In this 2 1/2 hour class, we will talk about the process of turning Theobroma Cacao into the chocolate that we know and love. Ask every question you’ve ever had about chocolate. We’ll try our best to give you all the answers you need to be successful in your own kitchen.
1. We will demonstrate a truffle ganache recipe, and provide hints and tips for your own success at home.
2. You will learn why and how to temper chocolate to produce your own beautiful results.
3. Finally you will shape, hand-dip, and decorate 24 chocolate truffles with your choice of chocolate and decorative effects.
4. Take home 24 truffles, a classic recipe with instructions, and the skills needed to create your own chocolates at home.
Class size will be limited to 6 participants to maximize your hands-on experience. Minimum of 4 participants required to run each session.
$75 per person.
